Bill came to give us for a quote on what we originally knew we wanted, and we signed an agreement for our vision. However, after careful consideration, we decided our original plan would resemble an elementary school cafeteria, so we went back to the drawing board. Bill was amazingly patient with our back and forth changes and we ultimately chose a natural stone setting look. Working with Bill experience and expertise, we opted to go with the Acrylistain, with custom hand troweling. Bill had a great sense of what we wanted and using his expertise and artistic vision, he gave us a transformed patio that was better than we were expecting. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience has been, especially since we’ve had so many contractor job failures this year. Bill at BBS Imaging stands out as an exceptional businessman with talent and professionalism that seems lacking in others. He was on top of everything and was very helpful and extremely patient when we wanted changes along the way. We will continue to use BBS Imaging for any concrete resurfacing projects that we encounter, because we know the quality, honesty and professionalism is top notch. We had BBS come to our home to epoxy our garage. During the estimate stage Bill noticed the linoleum in our laundry room was coming up. He removed the linoleum and now our laundry matches our garage.
It is so nice to be able to park my car in the garage, knowing I can just take a cloth towel and clean up the oil drips it leaves behind. BBS Imaging, came out and completed our garage in one day. We are having them do our patio next.

I wanted to get the floor of my garage epoxied, but I just did not have anywhere to store everything. Bill worked with me, by doing one half of my garage one week, the other half the following week.
